Statement of Faith

The Bible is God's Word, true and trustworthy. We teach from the King James Version throughout this site.

There is one God, eternal, who exists as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Jesus Christ is God's Son — fully God, fully man. He lived without sin, died on the cross in our place, rose bodily from the dead, and is alive today. There is no other way to the Father except through Him (John 14:6).

Every person has sinned and fallen short of God's standard (Romans 3:23). Salvation is a gift — not earned, not deserved, received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2:8-9). Whoever believes in Him and confesses Him as Lord is saved, forgiven completely, and made new (Romans 10:9-10, 2 Corinthians 5:17). See How to Be Saved → for what that looks like in practice.

Everyone who receives Christ becomes a child of God — adopted, and a joint heir with Christ (Romans 8:17). This is not a status to grow into. It is given the moment a person believes, and it is the foundation this whole site is built on.

God hears the prayers of His children (1 John 5:14-15). We do not teach that the outcome of a prayer depends on the strength of the person praying. We teach that prayer is brought honestly to a Father who is already near, already at work, and worthy of trust whether or not any one prayer is answered the way we hoped.

We are under grace, not under a system of religious performance (Romans 6:14). Nothing on this site is meant to add a requirement between a believer and the Father's love — it is already settled in Christ.
